During these unsettling times the issue of anxiety and aggression can quickly turn into heated words and physically acting out behavior. These are certainly difficult and anxious times that challenge our emotions in many ways. Anger and aggression can easily be a result of our inability to control our situation.
At the National Center for Prevention of Violence (NCPCV) we want everyone to be safe not only from this serious virus, but also from the possible emotional aggression it can create.
Remember: violence is a process.
