While on patrol I observed a U.S. Navy member at the intersection of Tidewater Drive and Virginia Beach Blvd. pushing a car out of the intersection by himself after the car had run out of gas. This is a very busy time for vehicle traffic at this time of day which prompted the military member to act quickly with his assist. The military member name is Petty Officer First Class Matthew K.
